At Civilian Self-Defense Concepts & Principles, we are committed to providing high-quality training experiences tailored to your needs. To ensure the smooth operation of our courses and fairness to all participants, we have established the following refund and cancellation policy:

1. All class registrations are non-refundable. Participants who provide at least 7 days notice prior to the class date will be eligible to apply their registration to a future class, subject to availability. Participants who provide notice less than 7 days before the class date may not be eligible for a reschedule.
2. No-Show Policy: Participants who fail to attend a class without prior notice are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds.

In the unlikely event that we must cancel or reschedule a class due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered the choice of transfer to another class date without additional charges or full refund

By registering for a class, participants acknowledge and agree to this refund and cancellation policy. Our goal is to maintain fairness and consistency while ensuring a smooth training experience for all attendees.
